Make my file SubmitReady

Type what a website told you — “PDF only, under 1 MB, A4, searchable and not password protected” — and we'll figure out what needs to change.

What this does

SubmitReady reads your plain-language requirement and turns it into explicit checks: file format, maximum size, page size, searchability, and password protection. It then applies only the transformations actually needed — compressing an oversized file, resizing to A4, adding a text layer — and validates the result against the same requirement before handing it back.

What it understands today

Size limits ("under 1 MB", "max 500kb"), A4 or US Letter page size, a request for searchable/selectable text, and a requirement that the file not be password-protected. Anything else you type is shown back to you rather than silently ignored, since we'd rather be honest about what we didn't understand than guess wrong.

How it works

This is deterministic, not AI-generated guesswork: the same requirement text always produces the same constraints and the same checks. Every claim in the final checklist is independently verified against the actual output file — SubmitReady never marks a requirement "passed" without checking it.

Privacy

Your file and the text you type are both processed locally in your browser. Neither is uploaded anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

What if my file can't meet every requirement?
You'll get an honest checklist showing exactly what passed and what didn't, plus the best result we could produce — never a silent failure.
Does this use AI?
No — today's requirement parsing and every transformation are deterministic rule-based logic, not a language model, so results are consistent and explainable.
